Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories like shoe horns or dust bags are included before sealing the outer shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
